How to Combat Insomnia

Insomnia can be alleviated by honoring your body, mind, & spirit.


Treat yourself like a baby.


Ask yourself:


🔴 Am I hungry?


🔴 Am I thirsty?


🔴 Do I need to go to the bathroom? (Healthy bowel movement patterns are very important!)


🔴 Am I stressed mentally?


🔴 Am I stressed physically? ( How does your body feel?)


🔴 How am I feeling emotionally? (Are your emotions on the lower frequency side?)


Basically, you have to figure out what's wrong with you & address it!

If it's an issue that can't be fixed in a night, such as mentally or emotionally stressed, you need to decide to seek help. Even making that decision can help you sleep better.


And Guess what? Many of us have online booking that you can do right in the middle of the night when you can't sleep! 😉
