It is Important to Take Stock

If you don't take stock of the tasks that you completed for the day, you might not realize how much you actually got done, and how much closer you are to your goals.

On the other hand, you could realize that you haven't done enough to hit the mark for your goals.

"Taking stock" would be a brief assessment of the tasks you completed & what you checked off on your to-do list.

This can be done a lot easier if you have a tool to use.

You guessed it! I have the perfect tool for you!

💥Nurse Dei-ism: I was literally on my computer all day yesterday.

Sending out contracts to new clients who signed up for the Listening Hands®️ Elevation Program & the D.E.I. Doing Everything Intuitively®️ Program

Updating the policies & procedures, etc.

Then, it was bedtime. (Bedtime is VERY important 😁)

After hours of working, I still was like, "Dag, how much did I actually get done??"

ALOT!

But, it still kind of felt like not what I wanted to get done.

Why?

Because I wanted to finish working on this online course. So, because I didn't get back to the course, I was about to put my work in the box of not enough.

NOPE! 🙅🏾‍♀️

I laid down & thought about it...

"Dei, the stuff you completed was MAJOR. Epic! Crazy! You did all of that!"

Then, I said, "Yeah! Those policies aren't the fun part, but they are important. 🤭 You did that! 😁"

And there you have it, the business meeting, pow-wow, with self right before bed is necessary! 😁

You should do the same!

And that morning, " YO, WE BOUT TO GET IT!" (with self again 😁) is necessary as well.

I've talked about this one quite a bit before. Working on that Solar Plexus Chakra inner power! 💪🏾

🗣Let's goooo! Happy Wednesday!
