Life changed tremendously when I realized I was what people called an Empath. I had heard the term, but I never put labels on myself. I don't like to be boxed in or speak in absolutes, because there are so many layers to me.
How could I identify with any one term? I always just described myself as "feeling vibes", "highly emotional", & even "crazy" in an endearing way. I always said my crazy was good crazy. It was when I started diving deeper into my healing work that I truly realized who I was & what everything I had experienced in my life meant.
