For Moms: Harmonize Your Mind, Body, and Soul: Sound Bath

This group session will be focus on women's health and balance for women. Whether you are a mother, expectant mother, or mother figure, this session is for you!

Sound Therapy, also known as a sound bath, is an ancient practice designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

LaDeidra Wooten, Holistic Nurse and International Intuitive Life Coach will lead this deeply relaxing session. You will be immersed in waves of healing energy through the combination of sound healing and modern meditative techniques. The soothing vibrations will wash away tension and stress, leaving you with a sense of tranquility and well-being. 

Registration is required. Bring your own yoga mat or one will be provided.
