Medicinal Plant Walk & Workshop

Join Herbalist, Educator, and Reiki Practitioner, Susan Edwards for a Spring Plant Walk at Listening Hands, LLC focusing on the healing properties of some of our most common plants found in the southeast region. Participants will enjoy a walk of the property that includes common plants found in yards, forests, and edge ecosystems here in the South East.

We will discuss the plants we encounter and some of the healing properties of the plants and how they were traditionally and currently used. We will also discuss energy work and the combination of using plants as medicine along with energy work to help support the body in its healing and balancing processes.

The original medicine was from nature and it still offers that bounty today. Many of our plant species in this region come with a long history of use, from all over the world.

This walking workshop will take place outdoors, so come dressed to enjoy the weather of the day in both sun and shade.
