How knowing your values can help you at a crossroads
Many times you are at a crossroads because you don't know how you feel about a situation. Essentially, you can't decide what a YOU would do. 🤷🏾♀️🤔
If you spend a little time getting to know yourself, understanding your values & your boundaries, it makes many parts of life a little easier.
Basically, when you come to understand yourself, it makes it easier to make a lot of decisions.
Sample Questions to ask yourself before you are "trapped" in the situation:
"Would I stay somewhere unfulfilled?"
Nah.
"Would I allow someone to disrespect me for years in a relationship?"
Nah.
"Would I go off on my boss at work?"
Nah. I'd just take a silent deep breath & walk away.
Many times you are "stuck" in situations that aren't for your highest good; or you blow up and do something "out of character", because you never had a sense of your values in the first place.
