I make it a point to drop more than a quoted meme. I write as a gift to you & me. The words help me as well & I have no clue how they flow out half of the time. 🙏🏾💫

Scrolling, tapping, & dropping hearts is really doing nothing for you.
When you look up, everything is the same.
Here we tap, drop a heart, & engage, but we also think, 🤔 and address different issues we may be experiencing (or share with someone who is experiencing it).
This is a thought provoking, decision-making, life changing space.
