You had all of those goals set for yourself by the age of 25.
✖️Get married.
✖️Have 2 kids, a boy and a girl.
✖️Have a "good job" making 6 figures.
✖️Be in the best shape of your life
✖️Vacations & shopping sprees every 3 months
✖️Lots of friends who can relate to you
✖️And buy a big ole house with a white picket fence.
Then, what happened? When you didn't get each of those things...you stopped living. That was your main focus that you didn't have everything that you wanted. You hadn't reached your "goals." So, you stopped living, and only focused on what you didn't have.
If you did get each of those things...you stopped living. Your main focus was that you had everything that you wanted. You had reached your "goals." So, you stopped living, and only focused on the fact that you got those things.
What about the rest of your life?
Life is about so much more than the sum of what you have by age 25.
Are you living? OR Are you simply counting up what you had or didn't have before you turned 30?

💥Nurse Dei-ism: And for those of y'all yelling 🗣"40 is the new 30!" It ain't.
You're still not living, worried about that number over your head.
30 is 30 and 40 is 40 and 50 is 50 & so on. You can be living an amazing life at each of those stages....IF....you stop worrying about the number and start embracing all of the things that you are grateful for at any age.
Health, peace of mind, the ability to smile, love for self, good energy, and purpose.
