You may not always understand the mind-body connection, but it would be highly beneficial to try to make the connection for yourself.
Your emotions are energy!
What is processing in your mind is also processing in your body. You may tuck your emotions away and feel like that was the "fix." However, those tucked away emotions & experiences will show up in one form or another.
Chakra (energy) blockages are largely due to trapped emotions that you have tucked away.
This is why you need to make the commitment to process the experiences & emotions that caused you to not feel ideal.
